I have supplied some of the chords to this one. The rest of them can be played as normal. Please note the A/F# isn't a true inversion. If you listen to the intro, the first verse and some other places in the song, you will hear the F# being played with the A. If desired, you can use your thumb to come over the top of the neck and play the 6th string at the second fret - this will give you a true A/F#, however this sounds to bassy to me. A better way to play it is to the second finger to barre the open A and then use your pinky to play the F# on fourth string at the fourth fret as needed. This actually sounds much better and still gives you a decent chance to get to the open D major chord. Please note that I did not tab out the A/F# anywhere except for the intro. If you listen to the song a couple of times, you should be able to quickly figure out where it is played.
